REASON FOR TREATMENT:
Anneth's MSA symptoms began developing as far as 10 years ago, while assuming a faster pace in 2009. Her movement has slowed down drastically, her speech has become almost incoherent to people outside the family, and she would tire very easily. The lack of available treatments for Anneth's condition has forced the family to look for solutions abroad.

While the first 9 years Anneth's condition was progressing slowly, her condition became alarmingly severe in 2009. Anneth began experiencing chocking episodes in her sleep, walking has become very difficult, and she was very tired throughout the day.
After years of medications intake, Anneth also developed severe bradykinesia, her body was rigid and her balance was off. Anneth's had difficulty with speech, her eyesight was impaired, and she suffered from urinary inconsistency.
Upon seeing their mother's condition degenerating fast, and not responding to any of the medicaments offered in their native Tanzania, Anneth's family members turned to the internet for alternative treatments for MSA. Anneth's daughter's found out about Beijing Beijing Puhua International Hospital hospital, and have decided to bring their mother for treatment, hoping to slow down the progression of the disease.

Throughout the 5 weeks treatment in Beijing Beijing Puhua International Hospital hospital Anneth has undergone an extensive rehabilitation program.
Soon after the first Cell Therapy injection, she was able to report an increase of strength, which helped her physiotherapy routine. Her gait has improved slightly, and although Anneth's daughters, who came to accompany her for treatment, weren't able to name major improvements at the end of the treatment.
Anneth's youngest daughter wrote us upon Anneth's arrival at Tanzania, saying that the whole family can see minor improvements, and that mainly her mother is feeling better. Anneth's blood pressure and dizzy spells have come under control during the treatment, and she is now able to stand up from a sitting position on her own. Anneth's movements have become more flexible, and she is now able to coordinate her movement better, especially while walking. Anneth is now back in Tanzania, promising to update us on any further improvements, hoping more will come in the near future. |
